Showrooms are at the heart of our relationship with our community and we aim to offer the best experience to everyone who visits. With that in mind, we have upgraded the lighting we offer in our Clerkenwell showroom, partnering with iGuzzini to install the latest Casambi system which allows users to select specific Kelvin settings.
Lighting is an important part of specification, a key element in understanding how the product will be experienced in a range of situations. This new system gives visitors the option to view and compare all our products under a range of light temperatures.
Temperature & Brightness Control
The temperature ranges from 2700K, which recreates the calming atmosphere of hospitality lighting such as in restaurants or hotel lobbies; the popular 3000k setting – widely used in domestic environments (most integrated LED light fixtures come in 3000K which is similar to natural light at sunrise or sunset); through 4000K and 5000K for office and commercial interiors (similar to fluorescent lighting), up to natural daylight-adjacent options anywhere between 4000 – 6500k (5500 K is equivalent to daylight with a clear sky and sun overhead).
Controlled with a smartphone app
This system, manufactured by respected Finnish tech experts Casambi, is controlled in real time by an app. All our sales team are trained to use the app and will be happy to work with you to explore the system and experience products using the different variations in temperature and brightness.
