Our W1 showroom now has a stunning residential 'show apartment' The New Project Studio
Now set up as a client project studio focusing on residential and Build-to-Rent product, we are pleased to announce that our W1 showroom is open — by appointment only. The showroom now has a stunning 'show apartment' built within the space and offers a comprehensive stock of tiles, wood, laminate and LVT products and an extensive section of outdoor 20mm tiles.
Beautiful budget-conscious design in a compact space
Brought to life by Robyn Payne, Domus' in-house showroom designer, the apartment demonstrates how architects and designers can specify cost-efficient and durable products whilst upholding a high standard of design in their residential projects.
Three-dimensional surfaces and assorted textures were chosen to add intrigue and depth into this small apartment — tight spaces need not be dull, after all. For the kitchen splashback, our Biscuit ceramic tile was chosen and laid in a more uniform pattern, adding an element of architectural style.
For the larger wall area, Bera & Beren Wall was used in the 'Saw' relief design in a timeless stone inspired shade, creating a more minimal feature surface. The perfect complement to the bold, dark blue panelling opposite.
Authentic wood-effect flooring using engineered laminate
For the flooring, Pergo Visby Sensation was chosen. A range suited for residential projects, both for its stunning appearance and technical features. The project studio will abide by the same COVID-safe policies as all of our showrooms, which include:
- A maximum of three people per appointment, including the salesperson
- Temperature checks on arrival
- Masks worn at all times
- 2m social distancing
