Business Update 22.05.2020

To all our valued customers and partners,

Firstly, I hope that you, your families and colleagues are all safe and well during this unprecedented period of isolation from our familiar business and personal lifestyles.

Since April 27th, our dedicated operations team has been in place to service deliveries, collections and urgent customer enquiries. This has been well received and operating effectively, all in line with government and industry advice on safe working practices.
From Monday, May 18th, our sales, customer service and operations teams were expanded to provide specification advice for new project enquiries, quotations and pricing, sample requests, order confirmations and the delivery and collection of goods from our West Molesey Logistics Centre. 
We are now pleased to announce that we are re-opening Domus’ Battersea and West Molesey showrooms following the bank holiday weekend. From Tuesday 26th May, both showrooms will be open weekdays by appointment only to enable us to keep customers and staff safe at work. Our Clerkenwell and West 1 showrooms will remain closed for now, but we are looking forward to re-opening them soon and will update you as soon as we have further news.
We can service all your requirements via telephone, email and online video meetings, and collections can be arranged from West Molesey.  
We look forward to operating at full capacity soon and will be carefully implementing our step-by-step plan to bring back the entire Domus team safely over the next few months.
